LG Dare VX-9700

My Touch screen keeps freezing

I've been using the phone for 2 weeks now. The first Dare froze 3 times in the first 5 days. So I returned it & got another Dare. It worked fine until this morning, when the touch screen froze again. It only seems ot happen after I 've just hung up from a call. O ther tha this problem, I really lov ethis phone. The store doesn't have afix for this problem. Does anyone out there know anything about this?

Try updating the software to Version 5. Check with your local Verizon Store.

also, leave the phone on and pull the battery out, and, with the battery out, push and hold the power button for 15 seconds, this will reset the phone, and should help.
