So now that I finally got the Dare...after a week of enjoying it I've noticed an interesting little quirk. To start, it's on software version 03 right now. Now then...I have the 8GB card in there and over 1000 songs added. If I play by artist, then it will play the songs for that artist and same thing if by album. BUT...if I try to play all songs, it states there are the right number of songs listed but only plays within the first 250. In shuffle mode, it never picks past song 250. If I choose "All Songs" and pick a song starting in say "S"...it picks a different song within that 250. Has anyone experienced this and/or know if v05 (or the mysterious v07) fixes this problem? Topic has been discussed already, but yes, this a common problem. Some that have had the update to V05 say that the glich is fixed with the new version.

I figured it was discussed...but reading through never saw anyone clearly define the "shuffle problem". Thanks for the info...I'll have to check with some people to see if there's another version working.

Got the update and surprise surprise....it worked 😁 music player went from song 1 to 1051 in shuffle.
