Hey, is there software to manage contacts?

I want to be able to manage my phone content such as contacts (primarily), mp3, videos,images, etc.

Will I need some third-party software or does LG have their own?

mp3, images, video etc can all be done with a card reader or bluetooth straight to pc. if you are looking for something easy to use try bitpim it is free
