what you have to realize, and this should not affect customers, but everything for this phone has to be made for it. its not like the voyager, which tells you to open the phone to do most things. all the apps for the voyager are jus like all the other phones that have d-pads. the dare does not, so the apps need to be re-done from the ground up.
again, this should have been done before so the customer doesnt have to suffer, but vzw is also loosing some money on not getting these app working
