SCREEN FREEZE
Has anyones screen froze yet, mine did today I had to hit the lock button to un freeze it the touch pad would not work.

I had my screen freeze too. The only way I got it to unlock was to use the button on the side. The other "buttons" on screen were unresponsive for a few moments until I messed with it. It seems that the longer I left my phone in "sleep"/unused mode the more the screen would freeze up. Also when this occurred I would go to my settings and try to access the display settings, at which time the phone would do a soft reset all on its only. This happened for a day or so & I ended up taking the phone back in & getting a replacement.

bought the phone and it froze so many times in two days I took it back and they replaced it, but didn't give a reason for the problem, in fact, she said it was the first time it had happened. But is seems like it might be a problem with the phone, hope it was just a couple of lemons in the bunch and not anything else. ☹️

I've had my Dare for about 2 weeks. The scrren was fine for the first 5 days, then it started freezing. It happened 3 more times, so I returned it & got a new phone 3 days ago. & it just froze AGAIN this morning-UGH! Is there a fix for this? I love the phone otherwise & don't want to return it. The3 store said this happens every 20 phones or so. That's ALOT!
