Dare as a modem?

Can the Dare be used as a modem as long as you have the VCast pak with free MB?
If it can be used, will someone try and explain how?

No, you can use it as a modem but have fun paying Verizon $60 a month for it. If you just need it for a few days they will prorate your bill for you
