How acurate is it? Any drawbacks?
Can you make notes while writing?
Do you have to write one letter, wait for it to process, then write another? Or can you write multiple letters ar once?

It don't seem very logical to one by one it, unless you are to lazy to tap the phone style keypad.

you can adjust the recognition delay, so once you get used to it, you can write a word or so at a time. use your nail, or a stylus for best results

when your in the handwriting mode hit options and set delay. i found i pick my finger up and leave gaps in the letters, so i adjusted the delay to allow me to fill gaps, or write better. your can set it for cursive or standard lettering also. my only disappointment so far is that there is no place on its case or holsters for a stylus, cause it makes that function much better

so far this is one feature im not impressed with. it constantly misinterprets letters. im using a finger nail to write instead of a stylus but the letters look like they should. they just don't get interpreted like they should.

Also be aware that the manual contains the recognized points in writing each letter. Everyone writes in a different style and this phone tries to incorporate most styles but if you're "too abnormal" 🙂 you may have a bit of difficulty. It's definitely not the best recognition software I've used but I have seen worse!

Oh yeah... also be sure to remove the plastic protective covering off the screen. 🙂 Using the screen without a protective cover is much better, even though you may get scratches over time. The phone was "never" meant to be used with a protective cover.

Friend of mine decided not to get this phone because the touch aspect was flaky with the factory protective cover... oh well... his loss not mine. 🙂 He's actually reconsidering the purchase now that he's tried mine without the cover.
