Verizon is second to non in marketing, not to mention their service amazing. Iâ€™m not at all surprised they have done very well. However, my qualm still holds true, Verizon reps tend to be dolts. Getting answers to even very basic questions is frustrating, to say the least.
so i agree, some reps no nothing, and some are really good. dont cut down the tree for 1 bad apple
I ask questions because I want to know the answers. I am one of the top sellers in my department, and I have the stats to show it. I may not have the answers 100% of the time, but I would rather say I don't know and refer them to get help (then research of course) then to tell false information.
