I bought a blackberry pearl a month ago and have had little problems. Just last week it started to erase my call logs and text messages. I went to a sprint store and asked if they have any solutions. They said they didnt know of the problem so I called the lovely sprint customer care. I was told that the blackberry will automatically erase the call log and text messages when the battery reaches less than 50%. WTF! This makes no sense so I did some research on blackberry.com and noticed that they state the phone will erase the call logs and texts when the memory gets low. I had a treo before th bb and it would store my call logs and text from 6 months ago. How can this phone not have enough memory to store a call log and texts? I even h...

Are you serious? I have not heard this and my phone drains almost all the way and I never loose my call list or text messages? Then again I am not sure if I have ever paid attention, now I am curious. If that is the case my BB is going bye bye
