using on at&t

i am wanting to buy this phone but the one i am looking at purchasing is branded from tmobile and i have at&t.
unlocking it will not be a problem, but i am wondering if it will be possible to input at&t's web settings into this phone. i have had used unlocked tmobile phones in the past and on some of them tmobile blocks the menu where you can input other provider's web settings. does anyone know if this is menu blocked in a tmobile branded nokia 5310?
