Mini-USB to car Auxilary input??

My car (and my wifes) has an auxiliary input for use with IPods, etc. I would like to plug my tilt into my car to play my music, but I can't seem to find a mini-usb to male aux plug. Does anyone know where one of these can be found?

You might try one of these adapters along with a male to male 3.5mm cord. I bought one so I could use my favorite earbuds. I know they make mini usb to 3.5mm adapters without the inline microphone.
