color question
anyone else see a purple tint to this thing? Seems like a nice phone but I was not digging the color or the design on the flip, kinda of a pain to open with one hand.

Yeah, in certain kinds of light there is a sort of subtle purplish undertone to the charcoal exterior color. I'm fine with it, but frankly I wish they'd just gone with a flat black.
And it is kinda hard to open at first, until you realize that the side crease doesn't run the entire length of the phone. It's easier to open if you jab your thumb in the middle of the phone, rather than the end, like most ppl are used to.

I own this phone, and I think the grey-purple color contrast is pretty neat. I love this phone overall. I really don't like phones that are black all around, but this gives a nice contrast to it. It's an awsome color, alot better than the 8300. LG put out another great phone. I am very pleased with it! 😁
