Bluetooth in Car with V9M?

I am buying a new car and contemplating (STILL!) the choice of either the v9m or waiting for the lg prada /vx10000. The car has bluetooth in it. Will any of these phones work in it? I had heard people complain that certain phones do not and I neglected to ask the car dealer. Since they are not open on Sunday , I thought I'd post it here.

I have an 07 Lexus IS250 and my bluetooth works fine with my v9m. The only bad thing is that you cant transfer the phonebook. Other then that i would recommend it.

Thanks for the info! I am also purchasing a Lexus so that is helpful. I did talk to the dealer the other day and he said that the one phone that does not work is the TREO! That was the only problem that he knew of.

The V9m will send a vCard that the Lexus will accept painfully 'one contact at a time'.

The Treo, and Q can push the whole phonebook. Almost any BT phone will work with the Lexus audio profile. Problem with Lexus is the buttons are greyed out when the car is moving - a horrible restriction.

V9m works with any BMW and full phonebook SYNC, so you don't have to actually do anything bur pair the phone with the car and watch the phone book load.

I see your post and hope that you will be able to answer this. I just bought a krzr and that will not allow me to store the phonebook. You mentioned a Vcard. What is that? Will it work with my krzr as well as the v9m? I don't mind storing one at a time as long as I can get the phonebook to work in the car! Otherwise, I don't want either of these phones! I appreciate your help! THANKS! (by the way, I could never get the lexus BT to push the whole phonebook off of my Q--how do you do that ? I am also considering a Q9m but am not sure because there is not get it now and I want to be able to download ringtones.)
