Transfer contacts from sim to phone in one go

Hello
New V9 phone
Anyone know how to select all contacts on my sim card and copy my contacts to my phone and the reverse would be handy to know as well.

I don't think you can do it in one go. The only way I know how is to do select multiple from the option menu.
