Phone address bokk lockup

I just got my Sony W580i. It is a very decent phone but while scrolling the address book, it locks up when I get to last entry (Z) and then after 3-4 minutes it re-boots itself.

I see the last entry in the address book *NOW. I do not know what it is. Any help or work around will be highly appreciated.

*NOW is a service that at&t puts on there that you will likely never use. Delete all numbers that you didn't enter and see if you still have your problem. The first thing I did was delete those and I have never encountered your issue.
