as far as the bluetooth goes, the best one out there that has noise cancellation and hearing capability in the US that i have seen so far is the Jawbone. it retails for 119.99 at at&t stores. i haven't personally used it but co-workers and my manager use it and love it. ots only BT 1.2 which is a little slower connection and it doesn't have a2dp so you can't listen to music on it, but its still really good.
as far as the memory cards go i would go with a sandisk brand. 512mb, 1Gb, or 2Gb. thats what we sell in our stores and they are just fine
