How goos is the 755p?????????
I have heard mixed reviews when it comes to palm smartphones. I have heard that they freeze alot and do not stay connected to bluetooths. i have never owned a smartphone and was considering this phone (755p) or either a blackberry. I havent really heard anything bad about the blackberrys. so any helpful info would be appreciative. thanks 🙂

The 755p is basically the same as the 700p. It loses the antenna, shaves an ounce of the weight and comes in a diff color. The OS is the same and I'm sure it will have some of the treo short comings.
755p won't be out on vzn for atleast 3 months though. Maybe even 6mths
If you want reliable email...get a blackberry. If value a better, more functional scheduler...get a treo.

Also - the 700 screen/colors really ki...

sprints great at retention...but I've heard their customer service is atrocious when you have a problem with your phone or a billing issue.

To a degree, yes, you are correct. You are usually talking to India. They are extremely polite and nice...but S L O W. But still - I'm with Sprint 6 yrs. They are doing something right, and continue to keep me with their outstanding retention. Equipment selection? Not so hot. But that's CDMA for you...
