Problem w/music store app

An update became available for my phone right around the new year. I literally woke up one morning and the red light was flashing...said to click "OK" to update firmware. I did this. The next time I accessed the Sprint Music Store it asked me to update that software, so I did. After that the Music Store wouldn't load at all. The CSR said my problem didn't fit anything on her solution matrix, so she sent me to a corporate Sprint store, who somehow dumped the app and reinstalled it from a text message 12 days ago. Today I went to access the Music Store again, and got the same message that I needed to update the software, but no matter how many times I click "OK", the update doesn't complete.
