They won't exchange me any more rokr's!

I have had 2 bad rokrs and they said I can't get another one since I have exchanged already! They said you can only exchange the phone 1 time which it crap b/c it isn't my fault that phone won't charge! I am getting fed up with the US Cellulars I have went to in my city(2). Can I only have one exchange when I pay monthly insurance and haven't had my phone for 30days? HELP!

Its correct you only get one exchange in the 30 day guarantee. I dont believe any other companies do it differently. Insurance wont matter because its still under the 1 year manufactuers warranty. There is a software update for the phone that should fix the problems, depending what they are.

If there are problems with the phone they should be able to exchange it for u without any problems. I too have US cellular and had the same problem with 3 different ROKRs... all of which I kept taking to my local US Cellular store and returning for a new one. I am on my 4th phone now and haven't had the problem that I had with the previous 3. If your store won't help u, go to a store in a local town. I even tried customer service and they wouldn't help me. Hope this helps...
