I dont know about the battery though I have gotten used to Sonys long lasting batteries. LG is known for quality but not for battery life.

Don't get either of the Nokias (6126,n75), they both suck. If you want a music phone, get a SYNC or V3xx. You might be lucky enough to find a w810i, that would be your best choice.

Well I actually figured out that I was just not holding down the volume keys long enough to activate the external player. Works now and it is pretty good.

What does the external screen look like when it is charged up. Is it pretty. I cant seem to find one where i live. Did AT&T approved it?

There was an issue involving the playback of licensed music on the Trax. It has been pushed back until Mid August. No at&t store is going to be selling them until then, however you may be able to find a defective one at a Best Buy (if you don't want to wait).
