How can we contact VZW with product suggeestions?
I just ran into another XV6800 annoyance. I was using my BT headset on a call, and a calendar notification popped up. When it did, it disconnected my BT headset (Plantronics Voyager 510), and the call proceeded on the handset. Fortunately, a tap on the headset button brought the call back to the headset.
How can we let VZW know that it needs to be fixed?

Or just contact costumer service and let them know of the issue.
(A lot of posters here have the Sprint version of the phone, so your not going to get much help here)
