it is the new ROM that will give the Mogul broad band data speed which sometimes will exceed basic DSL speeds, also included in that ROM fixes for the Bluetooth issue, you can get it and from here:

Is the "Bluetooth issue" the problem with MS Voice Command not picking up the confirmation of the number to be dialed? Or is it another issue?
