Vista Ultimate sync

I'm looking at this phone (Sprint Nextel) and want to know if anyone has succesfully sync'd it with Vista. The technical specs mention ActiveSync, which is pre Vista. Vista uses Mobile Device manager and I was never able to get my Palm 700wx to sync reliably with Vista.

my wife's syncs without any problems, on a vista home premium though.

I was able to sync this phone and my old 700w with Vista using Windows Mobile Device center. I haven't had any problems sync and fine Windows Mobile Device center to be more reliable than ActiveSync. Although activesync has improved it used to give me a lot of connection problems before.

I have Vista Ulti and both my Tilt and previous Mogul synced.
