why on God's green earth, would nokia make it so you cannot turn the volume to zero. it will go all the way down to one, but not any lower.

lol! thats exactly what i thought when i first got it. Dont worry, Nokia doesnt work on volume..it works on profiles. here are your steps:
1. Go to settings.
2. click SET PROFILES
3. click VIBRATE
4. click ACTIVATE
and there ya go! 😁
P.S. you can change up your profiles and choose whatever one you like, i actually like it better than regular phones.
