Looks like a cingular 2125

Looks a lot like a Cingular 2125. I wonder if you will be able to edit documents?

Last I heard, there are no plans for any US carriers to offer this directly. You can already buy it unlocked, though.

While I would say this phone is nice, its nothing to drool over. In anycase, its sure as hell not worth $500plus. If I could get an unlocked version for mid 300's, maybe.

No 3g, slow cpu. But it does have one nice formfactor.

Although there is no 3G it does have WiFi which is often free. So no big, expensive data plan. Also, yes, it is 200MHz, but it doesn't feel slow. It runs smoother and just as fast as the Sprint 6800.

Yes, Microsoft Office for Standard Edition (previously known as Smartphone) - including editing - is a key feature of Windows Mobile 6.

and uses a microSD (not mini), use the WiFi, 2MP camera, and WM6. Of Course the QWERTY, and I don't think it looks much like the 2125. I find the 2125 to be incredibly ugly.
