Motorola W385

PROBLEM?

I really like this phone but Verizon has had to replace two of them within ten days. Seems the phone just freezes up. Wonder if anyone else has experienced this or perhaps it is a bad batch. Now on my third one and hope this one will work. Appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

I think it is the verizon OS interface that is the problem. I haven't heard of anybody but Verizon customers having this problem.
