iPhone Insurance?

I understand that the iPhone does not come with insurance. Only a 1 year warranty from Apple. Do they even offer you to purchase or 3-year or a 5-year warranty? This is the only reason why I probably will not buy this phone. AT&T could've offered insurance at a monthly price... What a bummer. I was that close to getting it! Well here I come Samsung i760!
