I think most any photo application should work as long as it has the ability to import from a digital camera. Try a google search if you don't already jave something. You might check if you have Photoshop Elements or download GIMP for free.

if your using a pc (I'm on vista home premium) as soon as you connect the iPhone to its dock or USB a pop up should show on your computer asking you if you want to viewor import your iPhone pictures. If this pop up window dosent show up for you you can also go to "my computer" and youshoud see a folder for your iPhone pictures. From there just cut/copy and paste your pictures to your desired place. It that dosent work for you I don't know what to tell ya.
