I currently have the Samsung i730, which I've had for several years now, and I have my eyes on two phones... the i760 and the Voyager 10000. I'm trying to decide which one to get. The Voyager is said to be the iPhone killer; but is it a PDA Smartphone? Can you all help a brother decide? 🤨

I have had the i760 for a couple of days and am definitely going to check out the voyager when it hits stores. The 760 is awesome in the aspect that you can set ring tones from any mp3 mwa, change your toady screen to make it look just like a iphone and many others. 760 is a very good pda, but if you like to send text messages alot then you might not like it, you can't see if you have a text unless you hit the power button at the top of the phone not the red end call button on the side.

The i760 is more business minded...the Voyager seems more entertainment and trying to compare to the Iphone.

The Voyager is like an upgraded version of the LG env. There is NOT a full internet browser like the iPhone or any other smartphone/pocketPC. It's setup so you can check your email, such as yahoo, and you can utilize the new verizon mobile TV & VCast. If those are the features you are looking for in a new phone, then the voyager will be a perfect fit for you. I like have more of a pocketPC and full internet access so I prefer the i760.

Also, how can you setup your phone so it looks like the iphone?!

with i760, you cannot do VZ Navigator types of applications. VZW offers plans geared specifically for Voyager types of phone that could take advantage of VCast, MobiTV (Not yet available in MA & other states), etc.

If one needs to go to web sites or use e-mail in non iso-latin languages, i760 is it as it runs window and one can get different fonts/programs, etc.

... my 2 cents...
