This phone is a perfect example of why Verizon sucks so hard. Ugly phones, with crappy features. Too bad this thing doesn't hold it's own with the likes of the TILT or the Q9H...

HSDPA>EVDO - Any day of the week, can you say "simultaneous voice & data"? Not if you have Verizon 😲 !
Battery Life
4.4hrs(tilt)>3.5hrs (i760) - Once again, a GSM Phone kicks a CDMA phones @$$ on battery. And yes, one hour of talk time makes a huge difference on a PDA like this.
Camera
3MP(tilt)>1.3MP(i760) - For those of you who say this isn't a big deal, it really is. Why even offer a camera on an expensive PDA if it's only going to be 1.3MP? It's 2007! For comparison's sake, the s710 had a 1.3 MP camera in 2005!!
And lets not even get into the network advantages, well lets...
The TILT will support these at&t services out of the box
MobiTV, MobiRadio, XM Radio Mobile...

This phone is pretty ugly. We are waiting for this retro ugly phone and old retred phones like the Pearl and 6800. While AT&T has the I-phone, Tilt, etc...pretty bad.

i agree the samsung is much better looking, the features are impressive but the thing is heavy and i want the actual keys on the front, much easier to dial!

You have to laugh everytime somone tries to say it is. You can't honestly go to the phones page here and look at the picture and say this phone is slick looking. Just can't, but if it works well we can be forgiving but at this point it better work real well.

I got to agree. VZW is, has, and will always be lacking when it comes to slick looking phones, with up to date features, like 3MP camera and, yeah ppl do use their phone cameras to take pics. I've been reading all those posts about this phone and honestly, it looks like a phone that Kyocera would come out with, and those phones look horrible. Hopefully, it works better than it looks. Don't knock ATT also. I'm getting the same service as I did with VZW, and I'm not talking s**t. Plus I'm paying a lot less for the same crap. But go with whatever makes you happy. Shoot I did, never been happier.

after reading all this, here is my opinion. beauty is in the eye of the beholder... with that said, its like everything in life. u either love it or u hate it. just like cars and women. after having att and vzw service, there is no comparing the 2. everyone works great in major cities, (i.e. orlando, fl, tampa, fl, etc.) its when u get in the not so populated areas that verizon shines. if your not trying to blow the pics up past 8x10, and u have a steady hand, then 1.3 mp is fine, within reason. u cant sit in the nosebleed section and expect to see the quarterback. sure other networks have gimmicks, and talkin while on the net is pretty cool. but if u dont have service what good is that option? and 3g is way slower than evdo.
