maybe I'm missing something

other than the model number and the look, what are the real differences between the m500 and the m510? Phonescoops phone comparison shows absolutely no differences between the two, but sprint's pricing is nearly $100 apart....anyone have any answers on this?

and samsung's website doesn't even list it in their product selection

Here are the differences I've noticed while playing with both phones:

M510 has a bigger screen. Resolution is the same, but it's physically larger. (similar in size and clarity to the RAZR V3m's screen)
M510 has a 'favorites' menu, so you can have quick access to stuff you do often
M510 has a redesigned keypad, similar to the M610's
M510 uses a different charging port than the M500, does not have a wired headset jack, and does not come with a USB docking cable.

Also, the m300 phone is not Sprint TV capable, and does not have the EVDO download speeds.

That maybe true but we are talking about the M500 and the M510 no the M300.
