Ringtones...again and music too
Sorry that this seems like the ump-teenth time someone has asked for help on ring tones but I read some of the other threads and have a couple of questions. One post said to remove text block. How do I do that? Is Audacity a good and free program to use to chop up an MP3? Can I transfer the MP3's from my computer to the U540 using the USB cable, an SD card or not at all? Is the USB cable necessary for anything else? Are my questions getting annoying?

BTW-I used Audacity to chop up a song and though it took a bunch of tries, I was able to get an MP3 to my cell for a ringtone. The key issue I ran into is the body of the email and the subject lines must be blank, otherwise Verizon was rejecting the email. Thanks for the good info so far.
