mobile email problem

I set up an aol account on mobile email and it worked fine for a month. Howver, the account is deleted after I use it every time. Customer care hadn't a clue.

There is a forum on the AT&T website that is directly on this subject. I would be interested in hearing from you directly as I gathering names of persons affected. Thus far, we only have AT&T customers.
