Speakerphone "air" sound and call quality
Well, before I got the blackjack a week ago...I had the Motorola V551 for 2 years...GREAT, GREAT PHONE. Dropped it several times, dented the outside, worked FINE still. Anyway...SO I got the blackjack. Right away I noticed I got fewer bars right at home where I had PERFECT service before. When I call someone or they call me, when I say "Hello ? Hello" there is a delay before I can hear the other person. The speakerphone makes a loud "PSHHHHHHHH noise the whole time that is pretty noticeable and annoying. The call quality is not that great also. I keep hearing some kinda buzzing that is pretty noticeable also. So, I swapped my blackjack for another one the other day and am STILL having the same problems. Is this a normal thing ? Please let me...

When you say "speaker phone" are you referring to the built in loud speaker or a Bluetooth accessory?

this is my 3rd replacement phone now and finally cingular's answer to my HORRIBLE service is that "the phone is just not right for me in my area" and to try another phone, which FRIGGEN SUCKS because I like the phone and all of its features. I stil have the phone but don't know what to do. Calls drop and break up constantly right in my house and at work, where I previously had PERFECT service with every other cingular phone i've had, so it definitely IS the blackjack, but why ?!

I agree it is the Blackjack, mine did the exact same thing. This may sound lame but keep exchanging it until you get a newer one. My replacement one works awesome now. I think the first batch of phones were defective off the line.

how many did you go through ? Sadly, I'm getting mine from warranty exchange now and they warned me that I can't exchange in the store anymore after getting this. I should get it in a couple days. This will be my 4th blackjack. Tell me about your entire experience please
