Reading over the User Guide it gives lots of great info on the phone and operation for Cingy. The one Q is on Data it list Media Net and also Cingular TV that would indicate the $20.00 data plan.
The guide is also branded Cingular looking at some other guides they are not standard, Blackberry and V3xx are Cingy and Treo 750 is AT&T. Not sure if that means much to a release.
