Backing up the Adress Book (Contacts)

Is there a way that you can backup your Adress Book (Contacts) to a file in case the phone is lost?

Use Samsung PC studio 3.1.1 (downloaded from their site) and synchronize to Outlook's address book.

Thanks. I already have that, but when I connect and try to use Manage Contacts and more, I received a message that The phone is connected in MTP mode. So I investigated. I then went through the phones manual (pdf file) and found that the phones USB setting was set to use Media Player (Menu, settings, connectivity, select USB mode) I changed it to PC Studio and all works great now.
