Wirelessground offers one that is the OEM Samsung release for the u740 and even with shipping costs less than any Verizon might have. I bought a beautiful leather holster case from them for my u740 and it was $18.95 and fits like a glove (Elastic sides).

Bummer, however, Samsung has got their plastic Clip back in and it costs $14.95 (http://www.samsung.com/products/wirelessphon es/accessories/index.asp), (Better Hurry) The special plastic clip that you need if you have an extended battery is sold out.
An alternative is to order the Milante leather case clip. It is beautiful and while not as convenient as the plastic clip, it provides a heck of a lot more protection ($19.95). The Milante has elastic sides for a good fit with the slot for headphones acceptable but the other buttons not unless you press on the elastic partially or totally hiding the other buttons. I used a plastic clip with my LG VX 8000 and loved it but am now kind of getting use to the leather-holster clip.
