Yes it gives you the vibrate option. Also you can have vibrate and ring..

Someone also indicated that you could Jury Rig the desirable feature that lets the phone vibrate first and then ring by simply importing a ring on which you have provided a few seconds of silence at the beginning, Great idea if it works. Anybody else try that?
