Picture Mail Flaw
i've just recently noticed that my phone will not register with my picture mail account.
it won't let me send or upload any photos taken. just a message saying "the was an error trying to register your phone" i've had the phone reset twice, pic mail remove and re added, and level 3 techs service the provisioning.
still won't work anyone with any ideas as to whats doing this?
i bought the phone straight from Sprint, and the guys at Samsung and blaming them.

When you spoke to samsung did you ask them if there was any updates for the software on this phone? Sometimes if there is a glitch they will do a software update to correct the problem but that is if the issue is with the model. If it is just that particular handset and it has been less than 30 days, I would do the exchange.
