Wireless service issues
I bought a blackberry last month and had to sign up for the blackberry plan for at least one month until I can get my rebate back on it, but in the guide it says there are different levels of signal..

I live in a very large city and am currently sitting at my desk on my employer's wireless network, and the phone has never found "EDGE" or "GPRS". It is 98% edge and every now and then will jump to gprs for a split second. does anyone know why exactly?
