LG CU400 / CU405

I have been referring my customers to lge.com for software downloads for this phone (and other LG phones). This is what I was instructed to do from the LG rep from my store.
Apparently this is not right. I have returned all the data cables I've sold for this phone because no one can find software.
My customers (and I'm sure tonssss others) are wanting to transfer pictures from the phone to their computer. There is always that option to email them from the phone to their computer-but some just don't get that idea.
Suggestions??

I use a USB/Bluetooth adapter that just plugs into a USB port and then you can transfer data via bluetooth to your computer. I got mine at Wal~mart for about $30.
