Help With Front Buttons!!!
Well I got a maxx today and love it so far so good BUTTTT....i cant get the front buttons to work the music player works fine just no touchy buttons 😢 what should i do?

When you first activate the player you have to hold either of the side 2 buttons or one of the front arrows on the front firmly for 2 seconds.
This is so that there is less of a possibility of starting the thing up by accident.

still not working... I press and hold the button under the volume and my music starts playing. I tap the front nothing i press the button on the side and hold it and it just locks the front buttons? could i have a bad phone?
