Good phone some issues

I just got the Motorazr maxx Ve. I like the phone a lot but I have a problem.

Whenver I have the memory card in and reboot the phone it freezez at the verizon wireless store. I took it in to a service center and tried another phone and another memory...same thing. Is this a known issue? I suppose it will be fixed in some future software release? Does anyone know how often those come out? I really like the phone, but if I can't get it to work well, I don't know if I want to keep it.

I also experience some issues when playing music. I get the "Player not available" error on occasion. And sometimes it skips songs because it just doesn't like them. Then later it will play a song that it skipped.

Any ideas, suggestions or comments welco...

I don't have a problem with my memory card in my maxx ve. I have the sandisk 512 and it reboots and works fine for me. Maybe its your card. Does your phone reboot like it should without the card in? The only problem i had with my memory card was i had to refomat and put all the pictures in the my photos folder and all the songs in the music folder, then it all worked fine.

Well, I do think it is the phone because when I took it to the store they tried a new card in a new phone and had the same results. The card I have now does not seem to exhibit the "player error" issue--though that could have been defunct music on the card.

The phone does behave just fine without the card. But again, I've tried different cards in the phone and gotten the same results.

I do have the 1 GB card and it is Sandisk. I don't reboot the phone a whole lot so it's not a huge deal...

Thanks,

Jeremy

I took my phone back into the Verizon store yesterday and was told this freezing/rebooting issue is an issue they are experiencing with the 1 GB cards. I'm not sure if it affects other size cards. The phone is supposed to be compatible with up to 2 GB cards. I was told there will be a fix forthcoming. They tried a 256 MB card and it seemed to work ok the couple of times it was rebooted.
