I have a mac and I had a lot of problems. But today I tried something new. I went to My bluetooth, then to my mac settings on my bluetooth, and I went to options, then i went to incoming security, and changed it to automatic. It works awesome via bluetooth. Hopes this workes. I all so downloaded vzaccess via the internet. Just google it and you will find it. hope this helps.

Anyone know if there is a version of it for the KRZR? VZW asks what phone you have when you download, and KRZR isn't an option.

When I started the install I used the Moto V3 to start. Then when it finished the install and I checked "about vzaccess" It see's the K1. It's really weird the way I got this to work but it did. I'm using it know as we speak. It's funny because Verizon customer service could not help me at all. I just got this working last night.
