The UI on the MOTOKRZR??!!
I've gotten mixed reviews... Does the phone give you the option for different UI themes? Can you at least change the bars to blue or silver??

The 1st Verizon rep didn't know what UI was (some Verizon people dont even know what the KRZR is). I told her UI is user interface. Then she put me on hold and came back and said that the KRZR is not a PDA, but that it's a phone so it doesn't have Windows...lol.
The 2nd Verizon rep asked the same question, what is UI? After I told him he said it has red bars like every Verizon phone and that it's something that none of the models can change (WRONG). I said that the 8300 and 5300 can change colors and he said no they can't.

and that why i left them 4 months ago because of their UI and non-customizable friendly

But where else is there to go? Who did you go with, and which phone do you have? How customizable are they and how is their UI? I would like to change too if there were any good alternatives.

If pictures can be believed, at least the 8600 and 9900 wont have red bars..haha. Of course they will probably have something else wrong with them. Seems it is still the case that there are no perfect phones.

I don't understand what wrong with Verizon UI. It's not that bad, yea it could be a little slower but your dealing with a company who knows what there doing. Yes some reps at VZW don't what the hell they're talking about. 😲
