Yes, please post! Not that we don't want to believe you, but there have been some wrong release dates posted before, we are all anxious to see this phone "In person"

Call Verizon customer service and ask them. I had to call 3 times because the first 2 reps didn't know. The 3rd guy told me the KRZR will be sold on-line 9/28 and in stores 10/5. I asked why the first two reps didn't know. He mentioned this was first communicated to them this morning but not all the reps look in the right places or read their e-mails, but all reps should know by now.

It's true...I called in because I am NE2 eligible in October. I asked when they were getting the KRZR and he said he hasn't heard anything. Then when we were discussing text plans, he said that he just got an e-mail about the KRZR being released on Verizonwireless.com on Thursday and in all other channels 10/5. That's the offical word!

Yep it's true, it came on the Vzw equipment guide today with those aforementioned dates.

Sorry I wasn't able to reply earlier. My computer is shot, and I have been using my Q instead. And you know how that can go... Everything that was said is true. I am not avle to post a link because it's an internal site. But every Verizon rep should know by now, and if they don't, then they are lying

funny but I just called Verizon's Customer Service about the release date and was told they are not allowed to release any news about the phone; they did however refer me to phone scoop. I guess it all depends on who answeres the phone

I'm excited that this phone is coming out now. My NE2 goes into effect on 10/7, so it's pretty much perfect timing. I'm looking forward to reading reviews, but it seems like people are pretty happy with the KRZR K1 (GSM version), so assuming Verizon didn't mess this one up to much, I will probably get it. Wish it had a better camera, and maybe wasn't so tall, but I think it...

I don't know yet. I love the Q, but at the same time I don't. I was going to wait for the LG 8600 or 9900, but I don't know when those will be out. So I have no idea what I am going to do yet.

I happened to be on the phone getting VZW to correct some billing errors and the Rep said he has seen it in print - 9/28 online and 10/5 in the stores.
