ok. So I just found out that for a while, BT obex was enabled on the RAZR and Q from VZW. I'm from the V710 era, so I'm shocked to hear such a revelation.
Does anyone know whether the KRZR will have OBEX enabled to allow BT file transfers?

Well, Moto released the pre-Christmas RAZR with OBEX, but then stripped the 2006 releases. Then they released the Q with OBEX, so who knows what Verizon's policy will be?
THe Nokia 6256i also had OBEX and so do their PDA units. I think the trend is headed toward if the phone has BREW enabled, then no OBEX.
