Sync Problem FIX! I have the answer!
I just got the new KRZR K1M FIRE, and had a problem with synching music from my computer to the phone, as everyone else has had. I now have the fixe, this will work easily.
1st: run the program, if you don't find it go to ALL PROGRAMS, you will find it umder MOTOROLA, open then let it run. Then click, the middle button...I believe it's ADD NEW DRIVERS...then go to your WMP(just for your info, I don't have WMP 10 or 11, and it's worked for me) then connect your cable to the computer, then to your phone. Go to: GET IT NOW/ MUSIC & TUNES/ SYNC MUSIC, it will connect, and recognize your phone. Then drag the music you want to your SYNC FILE in WMP, then click SYNC MUSIC! YOUR ALL SET!!!
