LG CE500

I have just bought the Z520a, but still wish to look at the CE 500. I bought the Z520a b/c my other phone was 'incapacitated' i am going to the city to look at the CE 500 and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on which one would be better. I am 15 and am looking for a fun phone, although camera isn't that big of a deal. Thanks, i'm looking for any anything.

I need to know if it is possible to convert the mp3s on this phone to ringtones???

Can anyone with this phone tell me if there is a way to use the MP3 songs on your memory card for ringtones? I have looked this phone over and can't seem to figure it out if there is. That is the one thing I don't like about this phone, because with my Nokia 6230 I can use the songs on my memory card for ringtones also.

Anybody idea know if this is out?

What's the pricing? w/ and w/o contracts.

Nokias are starting to pop up on the CDMA network while LGs are coming out to GSMs.

I like the change.

What is the general consensus of this phone now that it has been out for a while? I know there were some initial complaints but just curious if you do have this phone what do you think?

No Speakerphone (even with dual stereo speakers), a VGA cam, an external antenna, and to top it off, 128x160 internal display 🙄

Just got this phone yesterday and so far it ROCKS!!! Crystal clear reception (much clearer than my moto and I'm a moto fan)! Easy user interface, very good looking in person! I havent even got to the mp3 player yet! Keep you all posted

My Lg 1400 would be perfect if it had a speaker and a flash for camera. Its durable and has a sleek design.
But now the Lg CE500 has all of those plus a music player 😁 OMG! Im getting this one for sure come the new year!

I just got an email saying that this phone is a best buy exclusive phone. Oh well the less LG's in COR the beter.

Maybe LG will start getting the respect it deserves for it's GSM phones...
