Motorola ROKR E1

New phone. Ripped a song. Edited it down, changed the bit rate. its at 88k 44ghz and 32 bit I think. Plays fine in the media player, just won't load in the ringtone section, your thoughts?

I have the rokr and I want to use the motorola music player not the i-tunes for playing music so how do i go about doing that. Last question is there a way to set up playlist and playing the songs in any kind of order.? I want to use the generic media player becaz i-tunes wont accept some songs i d/l from limewire. If i use the other media player will the phone still pause when i get a call?

Alright, So I've had my phone about 2-3 weeks.. and I'm having problems text messaging already. Most of the time it's good, but every now and again my phone will stop receiving texts all together. Even calling *99 won't help. When this kicks in sometimes it won't send them either..

I'm using MTS in Canada and was wondering if this is a problem with the Rokr or is it just my phone?

Is there a way to send pictures or unlocked ringtones via bluetooth on this phone? It seems like the the only thing I can send is phonebook entries.

I was all set to get the ROKR and the Cingy store is now selling the Nokia 6682!!

what is the song capacity on the 6682?!

I'm shocked that style concious Apple approved this phone! Motorola too for that matter...I thought they were trying to reshape their image...If I were sitting next to someone in a bar and they pulled this out, regardless of its features, I wouldn't be impressed...it has ZERO style and doesn't resemble what I would call a "cool gadget".

😕 😡 LIMITED TO 100 SONGS?! what is that crap all about?! i can get at least a 512 mb micro sd card and uh... i can get about 128 songs on that. so why on earth are we limited to 100?! BLECH. Ill take an s710.

I have a rokr E1. Nothing with the itunes or Mp3 player has been working for a while and i am now trying to fix it. Is there anyway to reset or download something to reload it to the phone.

What can i do? ☹️

hi..recently my memory card for my rokr phone, doesnt work anymore. so i switched the memory device from Trans to Phone. i have been taking pictures, but i dont know how to find those pictures when i connect my usb with my computer. any ideas?

So I take my mp3 files and chop them up in Windows Movie Maker which turns it into a wma file. I convert them to mp3 using itunes. I find the file, then I upload them using the usb into the audio part of my phone. When I go to the media player for the transflash card, I hear it fine. When I copy it to my phone memory and go to audio setting, I hear a ringing similar to the "continental" ringtone instead of my original file. What's weird is that if I were to upload 5 new ringtones, this would happen to 3 of my songs, then the other 2 would work perfectly. Any ideas why?

When i have my bluetooth headset on when my phone rings it doesnt ring with my set ringtone. I have a mp3 as my ringtone, does anyone know how to make it ring with my mp3 when it is on?

i need help with itunes i hook it up and my phone keeps saying some files and applications are not acessible and then when i try to transfer music to my phone it waits a bit and then says
"the moblie phone cannot be updated.the disk could not be read from or written to"
its really pissing me off

Went to help out some friends who were in a car accident and didn't realize that my phone had dropped...when I found it on the ground, the battery had popped out and it was all scratched up, but it worked fine (could call and receive) except that the screen is just white. Wouldn't matter if I could remember all the phone numbers and where they were, and I can't figure out how to listen to my music...

I love my phone and don't want to get rid of it...and I have no insurance on it...any suggestions?

I'm a former user of the Rokr and I'd love to see a CDMA version of it so i can get it as a 2nd line.
